This Professional License Schedule applies only where the customer actually purchases the AI PRODUCTIONS Professional plan.

It operates together with:

• Master Terms;
• AI PRODUCTIONS License Agreement;
• AI & Content Responsibility Addendum;
• Privacy Policy.

The Professional License is offered as a recurring monthly subscription at the price displayed at checkout.

The subscription may renew automatically at the applicable billing interval until cancelled.

The customer authorizes the applicable payment processor to collect recurring charges according to the checkout terms.

Taxes, currency conversion or payment-provider charges may apply according to checkout and applicable law.

While the Professional subscription remains valid, the licensed customer may operate AI PRODUCTIONS within the limits of the Professional entitlement.

The current Professional entitlement is designed to include:

• 1 Professional client instance;
• up to 4 configured stores;
• up to 3 authorized operators;
• eligible Professional workflow features;
• eligible workflow updates while subscribed;
• Professional email-theme options;
• multi-store configuration;
• Professional onboarding resources.

Any additional entitlement displayed and purchased at checkout becomes part of the applicable transaction.

The standard Professional entitlement permits configuration of up to 4 stores within the authorized Professional client instance.

Each store should maintain appropriate separation of its own:

• products;
• references;
• models;
• production assets;
• configuration;
• operational records.

The standard Professional entitlement permits up to 3 authorized operators.

Operators may use the licensed workflow for the authorized customer’s own operation, subject to account permissions, security controls and the applicable agreements.

License credentials may not be distributed to additional unauthorized operators in order to bypass the applicable limit.

While the Professional subscription remains active, the customer may receive eligible workflow updates made available for the Professional plan.

Eligible updates may include:

• workflow improvements;
• security updates;
• compatibility adjustments;
• configuration improvements;
• supported Professional features;
• documentation revisions.

Availability of a particular future feature is not guaranteed unless expressly included in the purchased entitlement.

The Professional plan may include enhanced onboarding, documentation and support resources compared with Starter.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, Professional support does not mean unlimited custom development or unlimited dedicated consulting.

Custom implementation, bespoke automation, migration, specialized development or high-touch consulting may be offered separately.

Professional access may require a valid License Key or equivalent entitlement record.

The license may be associated with:

• customer identity;
• authorized email;
• Professional plan identifier;
• client-instance identifier;
• subscription status;
• agreement versions accepted;
• activation or redemption history.

License validation may confirm whether the Professional subscription remains entitled to active use.

The Professional subscription covers the AI PRODUCTIONS entitlement described in this Schedule.

It does not automatically include payment for external services used by the customer.

External services may include:

• ChatGPT or compatible AI services;
• Google services;
• AI image or video generation providers;
• hosting providers;
• Notion;
• payment services;
• other connected third-party platforms.

The Professional License does not permit:

• unauthorized redistribution of AI PRODUCTIONS;
• public distribution of proprietary installation materials;
• unauthorized License Key sharing;
• circumvention of store or operator limits;
• unauthorized additional client instances;
• resale of the workflow itself;
• white-label redistribution unless separately licensed;
• false claims of authorship or ownership.

The customer may cancel future Professional subscription renewals through the cancellation method provided for the subscription.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not automatically create a refund right for periods already paid, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable checkout terms.

The Professional entitlement may remain available through the end of the already-paid subscription period, depending on the applicable billing configuration.

If a required Professional subscription payment fails or the subscription expires, subscription-dependent entitlements may become suspended or inactive.

This may affect:

• license validation;
• Professional updates;
• subscription-only features;
• support eligibility;
• future authorized use that requires an active subscription.

Professional access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, including fraud, unauthorized redistribution, entitlement circumvention, serious prohibited use or applicable subscription non-payment.

Historical transaction, license, activation and audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, licensing, security, contractual or fraud-prevention purposes.

A Professional purchase is governed by:

• this Professional License Schedule;
• AI & Content Responsibility Addendum;
