AI PRODUCTIONS includes proprietary workflow architecture, operational logic, documentation, installation procedures, configuration structures, templates, safety rules and related materials.

Unless subsequently assigned through a valid written agreement, the original AI PRODUCTIONS workflow architecture and associated original materials were created and developed by Alvaro Alves dos Santos.

Purchasing a license grants usage rights only. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Subject to successful payment, acceptance of the applicable agreements and valid license activation, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to operate AI PRODUCTIONS within the entitlement associated with the purchased License Schedule.

The license does not grant unrestricted ownership, redistribution rights or permission to create unauthorized additional licensed instances.

Activation may require a unique AI PRODUCTIONS License Key or equivalent entitlement credential issued to the customer.

A license record may use operational statuses including:

A valid activation may associate the license with identifiers such as a customer, client instance, authorized account or equivalent installation record.

Each License Schedule may define limits including:

• number of client instances;
• number of stores or operational units;
• number of authorized operators;
• feature availability;
• support entitlement;
• update entitlement;
• subscription status requirements.

Creating or operating instances beyond the purchased entitlement requires an additional or upgraded license unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing.

Unless a separate written license expressly grants such rights, the customer may not:

• resell AI PRODUCTIONS itself;
• publish or publicly distribute the installation package;
• distribute proprietary documentation to unauthorized parties;
• share License Keys to create unauthorized instances;
• circumvent store, operator or instance limitations;
• claim authorship of proprietary AI PRODUCTIONS materials;
• remove attribution for the purpose of misrepresenting ownership.

An Agency License does not automatically provide white-label or software-resale rights unless those rights are expressly granted in a separate written agreement.

Customers may configure approved customer-specific data within the scope supported by their licensed instance.

Such configuration may include:

• client and store names;
• product registries;
• authorized models or references;
• Google Drive locations;
• email recipients;
• email presentation themes;
• schedules;
• branding;
• operational preferences.

Customer-specific configuration does not transfer ownership of the underlying AI PRODUCTIONS CORE workflow.

Certain operational and safety controls may form part of the integrity of AI PRODUCTIONS and are not intended to be disabled through ordinary customer configuration.

These safeguards may include:

• separation between stores or client instances;
• product-reference verification;
• human-review requirements;
• no-guessing rules where authoritative references are absent;
• quality-assurance gates;
• audit logging;
• revision lineage;
• idempotency protections;
• archive and rollback safeguards.

AI PRODUCTIONS may interoperate with third-party services such as ChatGPT, Google Drive, Gmail, Notion, Stripe or compatible AI-generation and productivity platforms.

The AI PRODUCTIONS license does not itself grant ownership of, payment for or guaranteed access to those third-party services.

Customers may be required to maintain their own eligible accounts, subscriptions, permissions or authorizations with third-party providers.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate control over credentials and accounts they authorize for use with their licensed instance.

Customers should not place passwords, authentication secrets or sensitive credentials into public onboarding forms or documents unless a specific secure collection mechanism has been expressly provided for that purpose.

Where supported, connected services should use their own authorization mechanisms and customer-controlled permissions.

A license or related service may be suspended for material breach of the applicable agreements, including where appropriate:

• unauthorized redistribution;
• license-key sharing;
• attempted circumvention of entitlement limits;
• serious security abuse;
• prohibited or unlawful use;
• non-payment where an active subscription is required.

Where permitted by the applicable License Schedule and law, a license may be marked revoked following termination for material breach, fraud, unauthorized redistribution or another valid contractual reason.

Revocation may prevent future authorized activation, validation, updates or licensed services associated with that entitlement.

Access to updates, maintenance releases, major versions, compatibility improvements or support may depend on the applicable License Schedule.

A one-time license may be limited to the purchased major version, while a subscription license may include eligible updates while the subscription remains active, as defined in the corresponding License Schedule.

Future major versions may require a new or upgraded license unless expressly included in the purchased entitlement.

Upon termination of a license, the customer must stop exercising usage rights that depended upon the terminated entitlement, subject to any continuing rights expressly granted by the applicable License Schedule.

Historical license, transaction, redemption and audit information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention or support purposes.

This License Agreement forms part of the contractual framework governing AI PRODUCTIONS and should be read together with:

• Master Terms;
• the License Schedule corresponding to the purchased plan;
• AI & Content Responsibility Addendum;
• Privacy Policy.
