AI PRODUCTIONS — Agency License

🏢 AI PRODUCTIONS • Agency License

Agency License Schedule

This License Schedule defines the commercial entitlement, multi-store and multi-operator framework, client-isolation requirements and licensing conditions applicable specifically to customers who purchase the AI PRODUCTIONS Agency plan.

Schedule Version 1.0 Effective: 31 August 2026 Billing: Subscription
Agency License
TO BE DEFINED
Agency subscription pricing and final quantitative entitlement limits will be defined before commercial launch and displayed at checkout.
Multi-Store Multiple authorized stores within the purchased Agency entitlement.
Multi-Operator Multiple authorized team operators within purchased limits.
Multi-Client Ready Separate client configurations where expressly included in the Agency entitlement.
Agency does not mean unrestricted redistribution.

The Agency plan may permit broader operational use for multiple stores, operators or authorized client configurations, but it does not automatically grant the right to resell, sublicense, white-label, redistribute or claim ownership of the AI PRODUCTIONS CORE workflow.
01

Applicability of This Schedule

This Agency License Schedule applies only where the customer actually purchases the AI PRODUCTIONS Agency plan.

It operates together with:

  • Master Terms;
  • AI PRODUCTIONS License Agreement;
  • AI & Content Responsibility Addendum;
  • Privacy Policy.
Only this Agency Schedule applies to an Agency purchase.

Starter and Professional Schedules may remain publicly available for transparency or comparison, but they do not automatically form part of the Agency customer’s contract.
02

Subscription & Billing

The Agency License is intended to operate as a recurring subscription at the price and billing interval displayed at checkout.

The subscription may renew automatically until cancelled according to the applicable checkout and subscription terms.

Final Agency pricing, store allowance, operator allowance and client-instance entitlement will be identified before purchase.

03

Agency Entitlement

The Agency plan is intended for organizations managing a broader production operation than permitted under the Starter or Professional plans.

Depending on the purchased entitlement, Agency capabilities may include:

  • multiple authorized stores;
  • multiple authorized operators;
  • multiple separated client or brand configurations;
  • advanced onboarding resources;
  • expanded configuration capability;
  • eligible Agency workflow updates;
  • priority support features where expressly included;
  • expanded operational capacity.

Exact numerical limits are determined by the Agency entitlement identified at checkout or in an applicable written order.

04

Multi-Store Operation

Agency customers may operate multiple stores where permitted by the purchased entitlement.

Each store should maintain appropriately separated operational resources including:

  • products;
  • canonical product references;
  • models;
  • creative references;
  • store configuration;
  • production history;
  • workflow status and audit information.

Multi-store authorization does not remove the requirement to maintain correct routing and isolation between stores.

05

Multi-Operator Access

The Agency License may permit multiple authorized operators within the limits identified by the purchased entitlement.

Agency customers are responsible for controlling which users receive access and for removing access when an operator is no longer authorized.

Operator permissions should follow appropriate security and least-privilege practices where technically supported.

Credentials must not be shared with unauthorized users merely to bypass the applicable operator limit.

06

Client Separation & Tenant Isolation

Where an Agency entitlement allows production for multiple clients, each client configuration must remain logically and operationally separated.

Client Assets Product imagery, brand assets, models and references belonging to one client should not be silently used for another client.
Client Configuration Store identifiers, routing rules, preferences and production settings should remain associated with the correct client.
Production History Briefings, outputs, revisions and operational history should remain attributable to the correct client or store.
Authorization Operators should access only the clients, stores and resources they are authorized to use.
Client isolation is a core operational safeguard.

Agency scale must not be implemented by merging unrelated client data, product identities, references or production histories into an uncontrolled shared workspace.
07

Client Data & Customer Responsibility

An Agency customer processing materials on behalf of its own clients is responsible for ensuring it has appropriate authorization to provide those materials for the intended workflow.

This may include authorization relating to:

  • product photographs;
  • brand assets;
  • logos;
  • models or likenesses;
  • creative references;
  • commercial information;
  • other client-supplied material.

The Agency customer remains responsible for its own contractual relationship with its clients.

08

Updates & Version Eligibility

While an eligible Agency subscription remains active, Agency customers may receive workflow, security, compatibility and configuration updates made available to the Agency plan.

Availability of a particular future capability is not guaranteed unless expressly included in the applicable entitlement.

Third-party dependencies may change.

External providers may alter APIs, account permissions, integration methods, pricing or availability. Such changes may require future compatibility work.
09

Agency Support

Agency plans may include enhanced onboarding or priority support where such benefits are expressly identified at checkout.

Unless separately agreed, Agency support does not mean unlimited custom development, unlimited consulting, custom integrations or dedicated engineering capacity.

Bespoke development, migration, custom architecture or dedicated service levels may require a separate commercial agreement.

10

License Activation & Validation

Agency access may require a valid License Key or equivalent entitlement record.

License records may identify:

  • Agency customer;
  • authorized account or email;
  • Agency plan;
  • authorized client instance;
  • store or operator allowance;
  • subscription status;
  • agreement versions accepted;
  • activation and validation history.
11

License Restrictions

Unless separately authorized in writing, an Agency License does not permit:

  • unlimited independent installations;
  • use beyond the purchased store, operator or client entitlement;
  • unauthorized License Key sharing;
  • circumvention of entitlement controls;
  • publication of proprietary installation packages;
  • public distribution of proprietary documentation;
  • misrepresentation of ownership or authorship;
  • unauthorized resale or sublicensing of AI PRODUCTIONS itself.
12

No Automatic Software Resale Right

An Agency License permits authorized operational use of AI PRODUCTIONS within the purchased Agency entitlement.

It does not automatically authorize the Agency customer to:

  • sell AI PRODUCTIONS as its own software;
  • sell copies of the installer;
  • sell independent License Keys;
  • sublicense the CORE workflow;
  • redistribute proprietary documentation;
  • represent itself as owner or creator of AI PRODUCTIONS.
Providing services with AI PRODUCTIONS is different from reselling AI PRODUCTIONS.

An authorized Agency may use the licensed system to support its permitted client production activities. That service relationship does not itself create a right to resell the underlying software, workflow or license system.
13

White-Label & Reseller Rights

White-label, reseller, sublicensing, distribution or broader commercialization rights are not included in the standard Agency License unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

If such rights are offered in the future, they may be governed by a separate agreement such as an:

  • AI PRODUCTIONS White-Label Agreement;
  • Reseller Agreement;
  • Distribution Agreement;
  • Enterprise Licensing Agreement;
  • other written commercial authorization.
Agency License ≠ White-Label License.

Until a separate written agreement expressly grants those rights, the Agency customer may not remove the underlying ownership framework in order to market AI PRODUCTIONS itself as software created or owned by the Agency.
14

Third-Party Platforms & Costs

The Agency License covers only the AI PRODUCTIONS entitlement described in this Schedule.

Third-party subscriptions, accounts, API usage, AI-generation fees or other external costs are not automatically included.

External services may include:

  • ChatGPT or compatible AI platforms;
  • Google Drive and Gmail;
  • AI image or video services;
  • Notion;
  • hosting providers;
  • payment processors;
  • other connected platforms.
15

Cancellation & Subscription Expiration

Agency customers may cancel future subscription renewals according to the cancellation method made available for the plan.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not automatically create a refund entitlement for periods already paid, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout.

Subscription-dependent Agency rights may expire when the applicable paid subscription period ends.

16

Suspension & Termination

Agency access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, including:

  • unauthorized redistribution;
  • unlicensed resale;
  • License Key abuse;
  • entitlement circumvention;
  • serious security violations;
  • prohibited or unlawful use;
  • required subscription non-payment.

Historical licensing, transaction, subscription and audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary for contractual, security, legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

17

Relationship to Other Agreements

An Agency purchase is governed by:

  • Master Terms;
  • AI PRODUCTIONS License Agreement;
  • this Agency License Schedule;
  • AI & Content Responsibility Addendum;
  • Privacy Policy.

If the customer later acquires valid White-Label, Reseller, Enterprise or other expanded rights, the separate agreement granting those rights will apply only within its expressly authorized scope.
